Sophia is happy to be releasing a new song ‘I miss you’ out June 17. It is the first since her hiatus due to illness and as such is momentous!

In 2020 Sophia became suddenly sick and disabled by Neurological illness and took time away from music recovering and adapting to a new life. She has been to the zoo and been doing important things like that. But she is back writing and producing music again and will be releasing new music very soon.

Sophia was interviewed by Classical Crossover Magazine recently for a feature in their Fall issue. Amongst other things they talk about early beginnings, the problem with singing teachers and about making her video editor cry. Have a read here.

Sophia has been working hard on a new release and accompanying music video. The aria is "Mon coeur s'ouvre a ta voix" from Camille Saint-Saëns's opera Samson and Delilah.

On 20 May, Sophia releases her second single a classical crossover version of Ave Maria by Caccini. It is an arrangement by Sophia which is both jazzy and operatic. Check out a taster video below!

Sophia's recent single 'Come Away' is temporarily down from Spotify and other platforms because of an administrative change. But don't panic!! You can hear it on youtube as of today and it will return to other platforms in a week or two.

Sophia Winton's debut operatic single is out now! It is available on most platforms including itunes/apple music, Spotify, Googleplay, Amazon, youtube, youtube Red, Deezer and Tidal among others. The track is an original composition by operatic artist, Sophia Winton, and was recorded at Abbey road and Angel studios in London. The producer on the track was Steve Power.
